3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ambergame account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. ambergame employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ambergame reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ambergame is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ambergame login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ambergame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ambergame will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
ambergame may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. ambergame uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure the fairness and unpredictability of game outcomes. Game results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by ambergame or any third party after a wager has been placed.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, ambergame will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance. ambergame's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ambergame Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
7.1 Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ambergame will notify you by email prior to applying any inactivity fee. The inactivity fee will not reduce your account balance below zero.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ambergame Platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ambergame, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ambergame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ambergame account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ambergame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
ambergame collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to ambergame's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall limit ambergame's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
